The Challenge

Silvaris has spent 25 years as an industry leader in sourcing surplus and downfall building materials (lumber, OSB, plywood, roofing, siding, and more), moving semi-truckload quantities across North America. A new website was in the works to match that reputation, designed by Studio 7000, a female-owned Seattle / Bainbridge Island-based digital marketing agency, with Caroline Reis leading the creative. The project needed a development partner who could handle the technical side and ensure everything worked under the hood.

The site couldn’t just look good. Silvaris runs on leads: buyers requesting quotes, suppliers wanting to clear stock, carriers looking for lanes. Every one of those inquiries needed to land in Salesforce cleanly, with no dropped data and no manual re-entry. The quote and contact forms had to be built and wired correctly the first time.

Silvaris also serves a significant Mexico market, so the site needed to work in Spanish, not as an afterthought but as a fully functioning second language with a proper switcher. That kind of implementation is a technical job, and it’s the kind of work MasseyMedia was brought in to own.

What We Built

MasseyMedia handled the technical setup for the Silvaris site, partnering with Studio 7000 and Caroline Reis on the design side. Our work focused on what had to function flawlessly: Salesforce-connected forms that capture every lead, a bilingual implementation that opens the Mexico market, and the development and design support that brought the site live. Since launch, MasseyMedia has stayed on as Silvaris’s technical partner, providing technical consulting, page design, technical SEO, and email builds from designs created by Caroline.

Salesforce Form Integration

Built the quote and contact forms and wired them directly into Salesforce, so every buyer, supplier, and carrier inquiry flows straight into the sales pipeline, clean, structured, and ready to act on with no manual re-entry.

Spanish-Language Implementation

Implemented full Spanish-language support with a working language switcher, giving Silvaris a proper bilingual site that serves its Mexico market as a first-class audience rather than an afterthought.

Technical Setup & Development

Handled the technical foundation of the site (build, configuration, and the development work needed to take the design from concept to a live, functioning website that performs reliably).

Design Support & Technical Reference

Contributed minor design work and served as the project’s technical reference, working alongside Studio 7000 and Caroline Reis to solve implementation questions and keep the build on track through launch.
