Data Infrastructure Solutions had a strong pitch and no way to deliver it. The company, now operating under Rice Brothers ownership out of Diboll, does the physical work data centers cannot skip: commissioning cleaning after construction, deep cleaning on a live load, ESD and static control, structured cabling and fiber, site security, and 24/7 disaster recovery. Its buyers are facility managers and operators in Ashburn, Dallas, Phoenix, and Silicon Valley who will never drive past an office in East Texas. If the website did not do the selling, nothing would.
The first challenge was credibility at a national scale. A data center operator hiring a contamination-control crew wants to see the standards the work is measured against, TIA-942, BICSI-002, ISO 14644, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and wants to know the crew can be in their market. The site had to read like a national vendor with documented processes, not a regional cleaning company.
The second challenge was depth. Eight service lines break down into dozens of specific jobs, from subfloor plenum cleaning to fiber patch panel termination to FOD inspection in high-voltage cabinets. Each one is a search someone types. A brochure site with eight paragraphs would rank for nothing; the site needed a page for every service, written for the person who actually orders it.
The third challenge was geography. The company serves ten major US data center markets and needed to show up in each of them, with content specific to Northern Virginia’s Data Center Alley or Houston’s energy corridor rather than one generic “we serve nationwide” line.
The fourth was conversion. The audience does not fill out a “contact us” form on impulse. They request a scope. The site needed a quote path that captures the service, facility location, and project details in one step and puts a phone number next to it on every page.
MasseyMedia designed and developed a large-scale WordPress and Elementor Pro website with more than 70 pages, structured so search engines can connect a specific data center need to a specific page. The eight service lines each got a hub page, and under them we built individual pages for every specialty: commissioning prep cleaning, white-glove cleaning, foreign object detection, HEPA and CRAC filter changes, ESD-safe surface treatments, static-resistant floor coatings, single-mode and multimode fiber cabling, door access security checks, emergency contamination response, and more. Every page is written to the standard the work is audited against and links across to the related services, so a visitor who lands on “subfloor plenum cleaning” finds the lifecycle program that includes it.
To cover the company’s footprint, we built ten market pages, one for each data center hub it serves: Northern Virginia, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Silicon Valley, Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami / South Florida, Hillsboro / Portland, and Columbus. Each one speaks to that market’s specific facilities and corridors, lists the services available there, and answers the questions a local operator asks, like whether crews can work a live hall or respond to an emergency overnight.
Three industry pages address data center operators, colocation facilities, and enterprise IT teams separately, because a multi-tenant colo hall and a corporate server room do not buy the same way. A Request a Quote form captures the service needed, facility location, and project details, with the company’s phone line beside it and a clear three-step “what happens next” so the buyer knows what to expect.
MasseyMedia also built a set of custom Elementor widgets for the site’s repeating components, keeping every service and market page editable in the normal WordPress interface, and tuned performance with WP Rocket and Rank Math so a 70-page site loads fast and indexes cleanly. The site launched in August 2026.
Data Infrastructure Solutions, LLC is a Rice Brothers company headquartered at 303 S. Temple Dr. in Diboll, Texas, with a second office in Houston and crews deployed to every major US data center market. The company handles the physical layer that data centers cannot afford to get wrong: post-construction and commissioning cleaning, data hall deep cleaning on live load, ESD and static control, lifecycle maintenance and janitorial programs, structured cabling and fiber, site management and security, 24/7 emergency and disaster recovery, and training that keeps client staff holding the standard between visits.
Its pitch is one accountable team under one scope of work, replacing the separate cleaning, cabling, security, and emergency vendors most facilities juggle. Every job is documented against TIA-942, BICSI-002, ISO 14644, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 so the results can be handed to an auditor. The company serves data center operators, colocation facilities, and enterprise IT teams across Northern Virginia, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Silicon Valley, Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta, South Florida, Hillsboro, and Columbus, with a rapid-response line for contamination events at any hour. As a national service company selling from East Texas, Data Infrastructure Solutions depends on its website to reach buyers it will never meet in person.
