The core of the site is scheduling. We integrated TidyCal so attorneys can see the live calendar, reserve an expedited, half-day, or full-day session, upload confidential mediation statements securely, and pay by card or ACH in one flow. Every booking sends an immediate confirmation and a calendar invitation to all parties. The judge never touches the back end.
The Mediation Services and Fees pages lay out the three session types with per-party pricing, morning and afternoon half-day windows, the $300-per-hour overtime rate, accepted payment methods, and the 14-day / 48-hour cancellation schedule in a clear table. Practice Areas breaks civil litigation and family law into the specific matters he mediates, from personal injury and oil and gas disputes to conservatorship and property division. An FAQ answers the questions legal staff ask before booking, including Zoom breakout rooms for private caucus and confidentiality under Chapter 154 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
