The Warehouse is a lifelong dream made real — a meticulously restored, pier-and-beam warehouse turned blank-canvas event venue just north of downtown Lufkin. Over 9,000 square feet of original wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and industrial character sitting on three acres. The space sells itself in person. The problem was getting people there in the first place.
As a new venue, The Warehouse was launching with no website, no search presence, and no online way for couples or corporate planners to picture their event in the space. In the events business, that’s everything. Brides and meeting planners research venues online first, and they decide in seconds based on what they see. A venue this distinctive needed photography and a site that did it justice — not a placeholder page.
The Warehouse also needed the practical details front and center: capacity, the “one event at a time” exclusivity, parking and ADA accessibility, safety systems, and clear paths to wedding packages and corporate event inquiries. And because the venue was starting from zero, it needed to be found — by people searching for wedding and event venues in Lufkin and across East Texas.
We built a launch-ready website designed to do what a venue tour does — make people feel the space and want to book it. The site leads with photography, makes the case for weddings and corporate events, surfaces every detail a planner needs, and is structured so The Warehouse shows up when East Texas couples and companies go looking for a venue.
The Warehouse is a blank-canvas event venue located just north of downtown Lufkin, Texas, owned and operated by Drake Venues, LLC. Housed in a meticulously restored, authentic pier-and-beam structure, it offers over 9,000 square feet of timeless industrial architecture — original natural wood flooring, high vaulted ceilings, and a signature 10-foot wrap-around porch — set on more than three acres.
The restoration is the realization of a lifelong dream: preserving the building’s industrial soul while adding the modern amenities today’s events demand, including 30 tons of professional HVAC, full accessibility, and comprehensive safety systems. The open-concept floor plan flexes to fit weddings, receptions, corporate awards banquets, milestone celebrations, and fundraisers — hosting up to 300 guests, one event at a time.
