The Warehouse

A brand-new event venue needs a website that sells the room before anyone walks through the door. The Warehouse, a restored 9,000-square-foot historic venue north of downtown Lufkin, came to MasseyMedia with no online presence and a launch to hit. We built a photo-forward site that captures the space's industrial character, walks couples and corporate planners through wedding and event packages, and gets The Warehouse found by people searching for venues in East Texas.

The Challenge

The Warehouse is a lifelong dream made real — a meticulously restored, pier-and-beam warehouse turned blank-canvas event venue just north of downtown Lufkin. Over 9,000 square feet of original wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and industrial character sitting on three acres. The space sells itself in person. The problem was getting people there in the first place.

As a new venue, The Warehouse was launching with no website, no search presence, and no online way for couples or corporate planners to picture their event in the space. In the events business, that’s everything. Brides and meeting planners research venues online first, and they decide in seconds based on what they see. A venue this distinctive needed photography and a site that did it justice — not a placeholder page.

The Warehouse also needed the practical details front and center: capacity, the “one event at a time” exclusivity, parking and ADA accessibility, safety systems, and clear paths to wedding packages and corporate event inquiries. And because the venue was starting from zero, it needed to be found — by people searching for wedding and event venues in Lufkin and across East Texas.

What We Built

We built a launch-ready website designed to do what a venue tour does — make people feel the space and want to book it. The site leads with photography, makes the case for weddings and corporate events, surfaces every detail a planner needs, and is structured so The Warehouse shows up when East Texas couples and companies go looking for a venue.

Photo-Forward Venue Website

Designed a visual, mobile-friendly site that puts the venue's industrial character front and center — original wood floors, vaulted ceilings, the wrap-around porch — so the space sells itself before anyone schedules a tour.

Wedding & Corporate Event Paths

Built dedicated Wedding Packages and Corporate Events sections so couples and meeting planners each get information tailored to them, with clear next steps toward booking — receptions, banquets, milestone celebrations, and more.

Event Spaces & Gallery

Created Event Spaces and Gallery pages that show the open-concept floor plan, the flexibility of the room, and real photography of the venue dressed for events — the visual proof planners want before they commit.

Venue Details That Close the Sale

Surfaced the practical specs that win bookings — 300-guest capacity, the one-event-at-a-time exclusivity, 60 paved ADA-accessible parking spaces, modern restrooms, climate control, and comprehensive safety systems — organized so nothing a planner needs is buried.

Local SEO Foundation

Structured the site with local SEO signals — page titles, meta data, and geographic markup — so The Warehouse ranks for wedding and event venue searches in Lufkin and across East Texas, building visibility for a brand-new business from the ground up.

Hosting, Email & Maintenance

Set The Warehouse up on reliable MasseyMedia hosting and email with ongoing maintenance, so the site stays fast, secure, and current as the venue grows and adds new galleries and packages.
