Update: Busy Busy Projects

Saturday, May 3rd, 2008

We have been busy these past few months. Working hard to keep up with the amount of work coming in. We currently are working on:

Lufkin ISD
We have been working closely with the Lufkin ISD to create an online application to allow incoming students to apply for accelerated and dual-language programs. The system also includes an advanced administrative backend utilizing cutting-edge technologies to allow for quick and timely management of the applications. The system has been designed to be robut and to eliminate an abundance of paper from the application process. Automated emails, instant approval/review/decline options, and other features are packing this new system.   We will be launching this application around May 5th.

Ramptech – SkateliteExpress.com
Ramptech came to use a few months ago with a desire to integrate ABF Freight Shipping and Quickbooks Merchant Services into their existing website to promote Skatelite. We have since begun creating a separate SkateliteExpress.com website that focuses solely on the skatelite product. This system includes ABF Freight tracking, instant quotes, and document retrieval using ABF’s transparent links system. The system also allows for real-time credit card transactions on our PCI compliant servers. The backend allows Ramptech to keep track of customer order and sends automated emails to customers updating them on their order status.  The SkateliteExpress.com website will be active around May 15th.

VisitLufkin
The Lufkin CVB came to use a few weeks back and wanted to work on a redesign of the current VisitLufkin.com site. We have been working on an updated front page as well as a more streamlined navigation system. In addition, the site will receive a facelift and will be “cleaner” with less noise and more focus on content. Check out their blog!   You can look for the new facelift towards the end of May.

Gaming Industry Observer
We have been working hard to complete the redesign of the Gaming Industry Observer website.  MasseyMedia has worked closely with the Spectrum Gaming group to design, develop, and implement a new newsletter management system that helps better manage subscriptions for its industry leading publication – “Michael Pollock’s Gaming Industry Observer“.  The new system will allow customers to manage their subscription accounts online, renew, subscribe, and purchase single issues direct from the website.  This site will be launching around May 15th.

In addition to the above projects, we have been working diligently on a few others that are not quite ready to be announced. We will be posting more information about the projects in the future.
